We had a deluxe dog wash coupon from Pet Supermarket so we went to this store for the first time. It was a fabulous experience! The wash area was clean & spacious. The staff went the extra mile to show us how to use the wash area and products. As an added bonus they carry the ACANA DOG FOOD our dog eats. We’ll buy our dog food and wash Mister Cooper there from now on!
Pet Supermarket of Naples Plaza is a pristine and clean location situated next to Publix so you can truly get your human and pet groceries done! The cockatiel there is awesome and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly help you connect. Overall, if you’re in the area (and in the need for pet supplies like.) this location may be suited for you!
I have been to this location several times and an always cheerfully greeted by helpful employees. There are adequate choices of high quality products, but I don't think they will have everything everyone is looking for. It's not a huge megastore. The $10 self service pet wash is excellent! The tiled tubs are clean and the selection of shampoos is wonderful. They are watery, but it's probably the best way to serve a variety of pets and customers and have a good selection. There is whitening, which doesn't have any overpowering scent; itch relief, which smells like tea tree; and several other popular choices. You are provided with two towels and treats. I'm sure if you have a large dog and need more towels they will accommodate you. There is an adjustable leash for washing, and an additional wall hook for a second leash which I use. Blow dryers are also powerful and a comfortable temperature. Most of my dogs have loved baths at home, but I have a squirmy, jumpy girl now that needs extra handling. This is my perfect solution. I'll keep coming back!
