The store is great. Friendly staff and in stock. I would not recommend the dog training. The instructor spends more time talking about dealing with pepper spray and trying to identify the dog breed than with actual training. A lot of owners left the classes more frustrated.

It's the second time Mercedes has got her hair done at the Petco on Carrollton. I love her hair. Every time they do it they trim their fingernails. They brush their teeth. Mercedes looks amazing!

Employees are always super nice. I was disappointed to learn you no longer carry pure bites toppers for cats. Mine love them and they are healthier than the alternative you have in its place. Please bring them back

Amy and Malik were awesome this weekend with all the pets taking Santa pictures. They each pet feel welcomed and warm. They took there time and was very patient and the pictures came out awesome !!!!

called in before getting parrots to make sure this place doesn’t clip birds wings. they said no, and what a surprise, when i looked closely at my birds, both of them have clipped wings and cannot fly, cannot even reach their food bowls is they’re not on the ground. this is straight animal abuse as it causes permanent damage to birds mental and physical health. needless to say i will be calling louisiana spca to pull up an investigation about this it’s been 3 weeks since i filed a complaint to petco and no response. one of my birds still cannot reach their food bowl as they can’t freaking fly because of yall. if anyone is thinking about getting any pet here be ready to find out it was abused in some way.
