Pet Supermarket

First time in the store. And I never need much or just have a little lizard that needs some crickets. But super friendly store, incredibly clean. And had a wonderful conversation with the person at the register. The latter part of that which will make me a regular customer.

Great help and service from Angela earlier in the afternoon, and when we returned to purchase our African Albino Clawed Frogs Logan helped us for well over 30 minutes if not longer. He took the time to help us make selections, made unbiased suggestions for our aquarium set up, and was really thinking in the best interest of the animals. We live in Spring Hill and would easily drive here again for the time and attention that we received today.

The Best $10-15 You’ll Spend on Your Dog! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I cannot recommend the self-service dog wash at this Pet Supermarket location enough! If you’re tired of breaking your back over a bathtub or dealing with a "wet dog smell" explosion in your bathroom, this is a total game-changer. ​Why I love this specific spot: ​Professional Setup: They have elevated stainless steel tubs with ramps, so even my bigger dog could get in easily without me having to lift them. ​Everything is Provided: They provide the shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and plenty of clean towels. You literally don't have to bring anything but the dog. ​Powerful Dryers: The high-velocity dryers they have on-site are way better than a home hair dryer—it actually gets through the undercoat so my dog doesn't stay damp for hours. ​Cleanliness: Every time I’ve been in, the staff at the New Port Richey location does a great job keeping the wash stations sanitized and tidy between uses. ​The Price: It’s incredibly affordable. For a fraction of the cost of a full groomer, I can get my pup sparkling clean and leave the mess behind for them to clean up. ​The staff here is always super friendly and helpful if you need a hand getting started. It makes bath time so much less stressful for both me and my dog. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

The website says they sell certain types of birds, unfortunately their website needs to be updated, bypu got 1 $1200 bird (really cute though) 3 hamsters or maybe they were gerbals well whatever the case that was it. I think they are a bit over priced but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

I went inside to look around let my kids see the animals and get a treat for my dog. The shift manager (Sherry I think) didn't greet me just looked at me as I walked in. There was a nice guy with long hair who let my kids feed a concure on his shoulder "Pablo " and asked if I needed help. Looking around the store was dirty and many empty shelves. An electrical cord taped and dangling from the one pet cage with exposed wires. Just looked dingy. Kids can grab it easily. When I go to check out the "shift manager" took a minute to come over to check me out and my 4 year old was talking loudly and she HAD THE NERVE TO SHUSH MY 4 YEAR OLD AND TOLD HIM TO HAVE AN INSIDE VOICE. She's lucky she got my sale. I won't be going back. Best experience was with Pablo and the gentleman who interacted with us. Thank you sir.
