Petland Overland Park

I bought my cat from here and they messed up ALL of the paperwork (gave us an entirely different cats paperwork) and recently I saw another cat my family really wanted, but someone else has already bought it BUT they haven’t came and picked it up for 4 weeks now because they’re “out of the country” it’s disgusting that this place will even sell a cat to someone who obviously doesn’t care about it. This cat is by himself in a cage waiting for his supposed “loving” owner to come pick him up. I asked how long they would need the owner to come pick him up for him to be on sale again he said “a month or a little longer” these people do not care about any of their animals all they care about is the money, that’s why they sell dogs/cats from 3k to 8k.

Such a great experience. All staff were so kind and supportive through the whole process. We can't thank you all enough. We promise to take great care of Gizmo!

I had a very good time here! The dogs we’re so cute and fun to play with! all the animals were very cute and everyone was so nice there, Especially the person Nico who helped us was a very amazing help and had a such positive attitude.

So fun! All the dogs are so cute and super fun. I would recommend getting a puppy here. The service is very great! The workers were very kind and patient. Especially Zach who helped us the whole time we were here!
