Just purchased a live catnip plant which contained caterpillars that nearly consumed most of the plant before my kitten could. It's issue after issue at this particular location and the fact that your doors are still open blows my mind. The list goes on

My pup and I had a terrific experience taking the Positive Puppy training classes (kindergarten and advanced puppy) from Ashley. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding during the difficult early months of raising a puppy. She was also very flexible about scheduling and make-up classes. My pup and I learned so many skills that we use each and every day and we are well on our way to a lifetime of good behavior and enjoyment of each other.

I would do a 5 star review since the store was very clean but unfortunately will do a 2 star. The person in the front counter was nice and so was everyone around. But that lady Tracy is very rude the way she speaks to customers sounds like she’s lecturing you. Will not be back first time there and will probably be the last, doesn't hurt to be nice to customers if you like your job unless you don’t.

12/13/25 6:55 pm: They confirmed over the phone that they had the flea medicine we needed in stock. I arrive five minutes before closing time (7pm) and the doors were locked. The person at the check out refused to even look up at me as I tapped on the glass to try to get in. It was a big dude with a red beard. Not going back.

I purchased on my debit card 2 harnesses and asked to return them and get new sizes. The manager decided to do some kind of swap out instead of returning them to my card. When those harnesses did not work going back to return he then said it has mysteriously turned to store credit and could not be refunded to my card. I purchased these with my debit card and never had store credit. They were not understanding they did not apologize and did not work to solve the problem and said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I would like to speak to someone above this manager and get my refund back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous. Finding harnesses that properly fit 2 separate dogs require some trial and error with brands and I wouldn’t shop here or trust that you are able to successfully do that.
