If i could leave no star I would. Loyal customer and have never had such terrible service and disrespect. Shelf was empty for dogfood I was there to purchase. When I started to ask cashier if there was any in store, shook her head no before I was even done asking question. She told me there was probably some in back but that they had something to do today, to check back in a couple days. The other employee that was there said nothing. They have lost my business and won't be back. Scrolling through your phone and eating fruit is more important than helping customers or doing your job.

Grooming staff and floor staff is very kind and welcoming for my dog. He can be big and goofy and loves everyone there.

Just before closing on Sunday the 22nd I received great care by the three staff members at this location. I live on the road with my beagle, so I’m always going to different locations. Customer service is at the top of my list and these three did not disappoint. Thank you again.🐾 Dolly Llama Books 🐶

My Frenchie had the pleasure of being groomed by Andria & she was absolutely amazing! Definitely the best experience I have had by far. While my dog was being groomed, I walked around the store every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I had. Management was amazing, Staff was amazing I’ll definitely be back!

I love the rewards program and deals I get here, but I feel so sorry for their Betta fish! So many of them looked very rough and sad. The pamphlet Pet Supplies Plus provided features care info that stands in direct contrast to how they themselves are caring for the fish, as shown in my photos! They’re just languishing endlessly in tiny little cups without filters or any enrichment at all. There’s a big end cap of Bettas, and they’re clearly not selling many.. carry fewer of them, and use all that room to give them proper space and care. I’ve been researching Bettas and wanted to buy one, but won’t be getting them or any fish supplies from Pet Supplies Plus. I can’t, in good conscience, financially support their fish dept. There were some that look almost dead. I’d love to take one of those and try to rehab it, but you’re not getting any money out of me when you’re the ones who did this to them. Please do better!
