⚠️Highly recommended⚠️ This company is the only one to go to for pond/fish needs. We started from scratch, building a pond. Everybody from the receptionist to to workers and owner are extremely professional and not pushy! They let us be as involved or uninvolved as we wanted during this process. They go above and beyond! They have earned our business and we will continue to go to them for all our needs! I would give more 🌟 if I could.

(Update 4/25). New pond care giver Jameson has picked up after Matt moved to the coast (lucky guy ;-). And I am very pleased with his work, polite, very thorough with high attention to detail, really cares about doing the best job 😎. Solid man, husband/father 😇. Thank you all. (Update 7/24).  I've been having Matt care for my pond now for almost 2 years, monthly and bi-monthly, so this is a long term update. Matt's care has been amazing, my pond has flourished more than I could imagine (see the photos).  His knowledge and attention to detail has made a huge difference compared to what the pond used to look like.  The koi fish are more active, pond lilies have exploded with more flowers (up to 6 or 7 at a time and new ones after those pass, before we'd just see one and done), and my living pond is full of interesting creatures (in the photos). Thanks Triangle Pond but most of all to Matt (first review) Reviews are correct, this is an excellent business run by amazing people.  I have been using them regularly for over a year now.  Very professional, very helpful, knowledgeable, high attention to detail, considerate and respectful.  I look forward to being home when they are here so I can chat, the work is always perfect, done like it was their pond to work on (and 9,000 gallons is a lot of work).  Thank you to Colby, Gianna and my onsite pro Matt  .

I am so impressed with this service! Colby was so responsive throughout all of my inquiries about helping me to get the service I needed for cleaning the algae and muck from my pond and water feature! Prices are very reasonable! The technician was polite and did a fantastic job. Now my goldfish and my family are enjoying a clean pond, ready for the winter and look forward to monthly maintenance for the work I can’t do myself to keep it beautiful!!! Thanks so much!
