On March 8th 2025 we called to see if our 2 small pups Nash & Oakley could get in for a bath and nail trim. Nick answered and got us right in. When we arrived he greeted each dog. He was very polite and updated us about each of our dogs at pick up. Thank you Nick 🦴

I went to your store to try and find small breed food for my 1lb 5oz chichuahua I am sorry I didn't get the girls name that helped me she was amazing took time with me to find the proper food and explained your return policy which I had no idea existed. She had black hair super friendly and helpful. I wish I got.her name. Anyway thanks a bunch and I hope you get recognized otherwise next.time i.go in I will makesure to get her name.

Rachel, the dog trainer at this particular location is absolutely amazing! She worked with my dog Harry and the results were beyond impressive. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine love for animals truly shine through in her training sessions. Harry responded so well to her guidance, and I saw a noticeable improvement in his behavior and confidence. Rachel made the entire experience enjoyable and educational—for both of us! They cleaned my boy up real good. I was sad to leave him for a few hours, just got some bad news about him and it almost felt like it was goodbye for ever. I ran some errands and kind of hoverd around the area. When i saw him with his de-shedding and smelling amazing I almost got emotional. I normally make semi serious/ goof reviews with ridiculous photos, but I take my boy 100%serious.

I bought a betta from this location tonight. I tested his cup water just out of curiosity. With an API water tester kit. For context ammonia is supposed to read 0. The cashier did ask me if I had a tank already. Because I was buying a 5 gallon tank to add to my 4 I already have at home . He went into a cycled 10 gallon tank at home. The fact that she asked was a good thing I guess. She did go on about how well they take care of the bettas. 😒 I hope he makes it through the night. Because his ammonia levels were so incredibly high amd toxic.
