I’ve been buying fish from there for years and one of the fish I brought home was $85. It died the next day so I called the owner and he was not helpful and said he can’t guarantee the fish living which I totally understand but we spend hundreds of dollars there you think he would’ve been kind enough to just say you know I understand that happened you know please come in. I’ll do whatever it takes to help you out, but he was not nice and mean and kept saying we don’t give away fish, but he didn’t give it away. We bought it. The place is very dirty. You can I almost slipped and fall from the water on the floor and I would never buy another fish or an animal there it was very dirty. I’m just letting everyone know.

One stop shop for all your pet stuff. We board our Amazon and have him groomed there. We populate our aquarium there. Over the past few years, the very knowledgeable staff has given me so much great info and advice on aquarium startup and maintenance, chemicals, food, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Would never come here again because of the owners attitude. We drove from Wesley chapel, over an hour away. We were looking to buy a rabbit, today. We did arrive 20 min before close, as we drove far away after work. But still, there was 20 min left before you close. We were walking around looking at all the animals. And the owner, an older man, was getting annoyed we were taking a while looking at the store. As we’d never been there before. He looks at the other worker, a younger lady, and made an extremely rue comment about how we needed to come on and that we better be bringing the store money if anything. I heard that and left on the spot. You will not get money with an attitude like that. Your store deserves no money if that’s how you treat someone who drives to spend money there in the first place. Disgusting. Who cares if it’s 20 min or 10 min or 2 hours before you close. You don’t treat a customer that way.

Wow, I like birds, reptiles and rodents of which they had an enormous collection, however I was blown away at there selection of South American Cyclids and the prices! I just stocked my 150 gallon tank with some beautiful fish. Marissa was a great help and helped me understand the best selection of species to buy and combine. I have been raising fish for 40 years and even worked in a couple different pet shops, but she was very knowledgeable and appreciated.

Fantastic 'true' pet store. Owner has been in the business for 40+ years. Knowledgeable staff. This pet-store has it all, wide selection of reptiles, birds (from macaws to finches), small animals (from hedgehogs to hamsters), and marine life (from angel fish to moray eels and sharks!). Prices are unbeatable, too! If you're looking for a new family friend, this is definitely the place to go.
