(from Google)I called today, 12/21 at 2:40 and the lady that answered was so rude and seemed agitated. I asked if they carry a certain brand of dog food and she immediately became irritated. I did special order once before at this location but, we won't be doing that again. . . I know, my one order doesn't matter but, maybe next time, be kind.
I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. The person at the register greeted me upon entering with a brief hello and welcome. I asked if they could look up my last purchase using my phone number, and they offered to show me the location of the dog food I needed. Their customer service didn't end there as they then offered not just to load it onto the cart, but asked if I wanted it on the bottom or top. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and "shouldn't be lifting heavy things" according to my doctor, and I'm extremely grateful as this small gesture meant I could load it into the car myself. Thank you. I hate asking for help and so the thoughtfulness was much appreciated.
Very nice people here, very helpful. Will always ask you to leave dog food at the front when its too heavy to carry around
I choose Mud Bay over other pet stores because of the "Trader Joes" vibe - staff seem happy and friendly. They accepted a return of a bag of dog food when my dog had problems with it, so they're decent in that respect.
Great selection, cute displays, clean facility, and nice, helpful employees. I’ve been here a few times now; the first time I was looking for something to get my dog to eat because he was having some pain and refused to eat. The staff gave me some samples of treats and supplements I could add to his food to encourage him to eat. They gave me samples free of charge and gave me a new customer coupon. I was really thankful for their helpfulness. Now, I go here for toys, treats, and other supplements for my dog. I went in today and was looking at the cut little cat toy display, even though I don’t have a cat 😅 (see photo)
