I bought a multi pack of aquarium filters at this store. When I got home I realized I had picked up the wrong size filter. Was leaving the next day on vacation and when I got back life happened so I didn't get back to the store to exchange them within the 30 return window, which is totally my fault. But when I attempted to exchange them I entered the store and gave the person working at the front the filters that I wanted to exchange and proceeded to shop for the things I needed, including the right size filters. When I got ready to check out the person asked for my receipt. I told her I didn't have it but was a rewards member so they should have it on my account she told me that I hadnt purchased it within the last 30 days but she could see the purchase on my account. She then opened the box of filters (which were still sealed up) thumbed through them and shut the tab on tbe box and told me she couldn't rejrne them. I wasn't trying to get a refund I simply wanted to exchange tben for the same item but a different size I realize I made the error but if you can't exchange it you should t have opened up the package. This is ridiculous since they can confirm I purchased them there and I wasn't trying to get a refund, just the right size. I won't be going here ever again.

VERY PRICEY! If you have the money! The only thing I found that was reasonable was the adoption fee for their cats in their cages in their stores for less than $150. Their birds are overpriced, when you can get the same breed of bird at the flea market for half the price! They should be ashamed! Why does everyone shop there? Give me your extra money if you want to spend it! Once you find a cheaper and better place then this company will go down the drain. Who are you really looking out for? The pets? Or your pockets? Which is it?

Wonderful grooming services! The staff is super kind and helpful, but I highly highly recommend Miss Janette for always taking care of my little anxious doxie lol. My pup always comes out very clean, smelling lovely, and happy! So sad we have to move away from this location.

I was surprised to learn that you will not guarantee your salt water fish. I have purchased from Petco for years. I will never shop there again. Your store has many salt water fish dead in your tanks, but I figured with a guarantee it was safe to make the purchase and take a chance. I was told that once the fish leaves the store tough luck. I have 5 reef tanks and offered to provide a water sample to test. It didn't matter. I was told that no LFS offers a guarantee which is a bunch of crap!

I took my Yorkie in for nail trim. We had the best experience. I was warmly welcomed by Anita and all the groomers. Zoie did the nails, so patient and caring to my dog. 🐶 I found everything that I needed!
