The people are great. I haven’t had spin the wheel and got a free item for my puppy! Not to mention, this is the only place that I can find duck tender treats for my puppy, he seems to really love them. I’m a return customer from this point forward. I only wish you offered delivery. 🙊

I did a curbside pickup. I was waiting in my car over 20 minutes to receive my order. As I notice the cashier girl in ginger hair just not doing anything but being on her phone and capable of bringing my order out. That I had to come inside to ask my order

Everytime I visit this place there’s a new policy that makes me never want to come back. The micromanaging of the pet wash is the newest thing , if you’re going to put people on a list to use the wash you might as well start an online portal so people can purchase their ticket and get in line virtually so they don’t drive from a city 30 minutes away to be told it will be a 30-45 minute wait. Highly disrespectful of a customer’s time.

I loved taking my frenchie, Thor, to Pets Supply Plus for his treats, food and baths, he loved going into the store and checking everything out😎 Loved the bathing stations, they are great and so nice that you supply the different shampoos and towels, I always wanted to bathe him myself. Thanks for all your help every time i came to your store, great employees, just the right supplies, I was glad to see you sold Hills Prescription food which is what he ate, he passed today, it’s hard but God will bring me through it♥️ Great store♥️

I regularly shop for my two dogs here. I like that you can order a head and pick it up or they will deliver it to your home. Once my delivery didn't come in the time it was supposed to and when I contacted the store, one of the employees personally brought my order to my home. She did this even though the store was getting ready to close for the night. They truly have great staff.
