I did an online order for chicken feed, one bag was ready here at the West Haven store and then the other bag somehow got sent to the Clinton store and they want me to drive all the way to Clinton to get it. Why can’t they just give me the bag here when it’s already paid for!! Every time I do an online order something happens!!

Running into a day where you need 40+ gallons of hydraulic fluid definitely wasn’t in our plans—but Darlene at Tractor Supply made the whole experience so much better. She went above and beyond with her customer service, helping us quickly, efficiently, and with such a positive attitude. On top of that, she joked with us and brought some much-needed humor to an otherwise frustrating situation. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend who just happens to be amazing at her job. Darlene, thank you for turning a tough day into one we’ll actually remember for the kindness. Tractor Supply is lucky to have you!

I was so pleased with the kindness and positive attitudes at this store. Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with and Nikki too. But all the employees we talked to were so good. I didn’t mean too, but had a few items to deal with that were employee support heavy and yet everyone was patient and kind. All this is ultra rare anymore. This store will be my go to moving forward.

Can’t ask for much better hospitality and kindness from this tractor supply everyone on the shift was awesome here and beyond kind to let us stay in their lot for the night. Definitely walked in and bought some goods and show the appreciation. Hopefully more stores can be the same way around town. Got pushed off the highway due to the storm sell RV trailers where not safe they where beyond welcoming. Thank you again evening crew!
