Very informative about the whole process and all of our options. The delivery team was amazing as well. Excellent communication. Gave us a time frame the day before and they kept that time frame. Very professional. We couldn't be happier with our frenchie. Initially I was a little skeptical about the whole process but there was nothing to worry about. Alan is professional and kept his word about everything. She came with all her paperwork. Shots, AKC registration and microchip. Overall we are very happy. I would recommend puppy guyz to anyone that is on the fence or not sure who to use to get the puppy they want!
