(from Google)Great experience we were rushing in right before closing time. I had to get dog food and the employee were kind and patient. where as my children had to use the bathroom at the last minute and I know the employees were waiting on us to finish and get out of that store so they could go b home, but they kindly waited on us and was helpful with our needs and did not push us put the store like others have been known to do so.
Don't go as often but for the final piping is the best I found for my well for chlorine injector chemical they don't have in the store black but still as well worth the trip
I get certain stuff here easier than fighting Rural King. Friendly Always and I get my dog shots and wormer here
If it would allow zero stars that is what I would give. I placed an online order for pickup at Tractor Supply, and the experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the cashier (who wasn’t busy) told me someone else would have to help me. That employee was already assisting another customer and told her she needed to take care of me instead. From that point on, her attitude was clearly negative. She asked for my name, but when another customer walked up, she completely stopped helping me and checked out 4–5 other customers instead. While doing so, she openly complained that she shouldn’t have to handle both the register and online orders. At one point, she even said, “My customer is the person in front of me, not an online order,” while I was standing right there in front of her as well. As a first-time online pickup customer, this made me feel like a second-class customer. This experience definitely makes me hesitant to shop at this location again or use the online pickup which is supposed to be convenient.
Every time I come here I have a great experience! This last time Tyler helped me with a dog cage. This man had obviously put in a hard days work and still had a small on willing to help me even carry it out to my car. The young lady at the register as well, she was awesome too! Thank you guys for helping!
