(from Google)Beautiful place to walk! They do have construction going on for the lower trail but the main trail is open. This is also a great place to sit and enjoy the river.
Riverfront Park North gives you access to the beauty of damn and River. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a nice walk with the family, this is it.
This is probably one of my favorite places to be. There are several little spots to relax and unwind. Very well kept grounds. They do have restrooms. Very well lit along the paths as well as park rangers on site. They offer several 911 help call stations along the paths. I am a single woman, and I feel very safe walking alone here. Highly recommend, pets friendly, family friendly. This is also known as the "Riverwalk on the Saluda River. Across from the Zoo off Greystone Blvd.
I didn't see any alligator but would like to know where exactly are they to avoid that area. Nice detail having the sprinklers at the bridge to refresh after a walk. Is the water clean enough to submerge a little to get a break from the heat?
Another positively awesome day @Broad River Canal. The weather was great, not to hot nice breeze the pollen was low. The human & animal traffic was mild but tolerable w/a German beer festival starting as I was leaving... I 💛 nature. I have enclosed a few pictures of the canal & some of the scenary. Enjoy!!! 😎💃🏽☀🚲👟🍻🌳🌾🍃🍁🍂🌷🌼
