DNRT Parsons Reserve Trailhead

Very cute quiet walk. Very busy for a Monday. I guess they had 1800+ visitors the day before.

Went specifically to see the daffodils in bloom. It's probably peak time right now! They have a parking attendant at the main lot and volunteers up in the daffodil field too. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable. I am a flower lover so the hour drive one-way was worth it!

I went at the end of April and most of the field was fully bloomed. There is a mild 7-8 minute hike to the daffodils field. This is worth the trip for a one time experience!

I absolutely loved my visit here! There’s nothing as magical and soul-refreshing as Mother Nature, and this place is a great example. From the small creek leading up to the trail entrance, to the stars of the show - the daffodils, you’ll be mesmerized by the beauty of the reserve. I only wish that I had gone earlier in the season to witness the daffodils in full bloom. As it was, it was beautiful nonetheless. I highly recommend visiting this reserve and taking in the raw, natural beauty.

So very beautiful! The trail to get to the daffodil fields was less than 10 minutes. And pretty easy hike. And the walk through could probably be done in 5 minutes. But it's truly breathtaking, so your feet don't move too quick. Lol It took us about 10/15 minutes. It's truly so very pretty. And makes the soul feel happy. 🥰 There are trails you can hike separate from the daffodil trail. Parking area has a rest room, swings/park area for kids and tennis courts, benches and picnic tables. The kids played some Pickleball. The bonus was a coffee truck on site. :)
