Nice place to stop for a break from the city. Lots of birds to watch come and go.

I love pre's so much yall it's one of my favorite places in the world. I have been running here for 5 years and got my 5k from 28:19 down to 17:04, and I got onto the team for the D3 school I was already planning on going to. Day and night, heat and freezing cold, rain or shine, I'd run. I'd run when the weather was so bad that I saw nobody else on the trail for 5 full miles. I have trash genetics so consistency and hard work got me to where I am. I went on a mission for my church (the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) and now I live in Utah for the next 2 years, and let me tell you, pre's trail is so wonderful. 5 miles of soft surface running trails as a community resource is so awesome. I miss it so much. I have to run on all concrete now and it gives me stress fractures. Go reach out to your local missionaries. They are young guys like me who leave their homes so they can serve and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with anyone they can, because they love it and it has blessed their lives. Even if you aren't interested in their message, they will only bring light to your life, so don't be afraid to talk to them. People are so rude to us for no reason, but they just dont know that we're normal people. Anyways, pres trail is sweet and I would recommend it to anyone. Make sure you get out of the way for runners if you walk it though, that's pretty annoying honestly. Go Ducks -Elder Walker

This trail is my favorite running trail in the whole world. As a lifelong runner, each time I visit I am more enchanted by the quality of the wood-bark trails and the sheer beauty of the trail. Thank you Pre for all that you did and to all the locals who keep this place in excellent condition.
