I hiked the red trail (creek trail) and orange trail (twisty trail). Both trails were nicely marked well taken care of. Orange Trail is a little narrower. Easy trail with a few inclines to get you going. A couple bridge crossings along the trail. Both trails are open to hikers bikers and horses.

I have traversed this trail on bike 3 times until now. Great for beginners to move up one step in level of difficulty. Multiple small bridges, and boardwalks makes it an interesting demography for biking. For me and my 12-year old son, this is one of our favorite trails. Runs from Rt. 27 to Canal Road. Divided by South Middlebush Road in two parts. Ample parking at both ends of the trail.

Good spot for a long hike. I went on a 15 mile loop. Not as shaded as I expected so definitely take a hat. Parking available next to the soccer fields. Some sections are closed and it does require to cross a road that doesn't stop. Not a lot of elevation change but I did sttrugle to have a paced run due to all the ups and downs, so I just hiked instead. Popular with bikes too. Very nice place. I'd definitely recommend.

This is the entrance to the Red Trail for a six-mile hike. The hike has just woods and not much scenery. On the way, we found a stream, but most of it was just woods. The trail was marked properly and fallen trees were cleared up. Well maintained, but not exciting enough for us to come back again. Perhaps next time we may choose to start the blue trail, which is closer to the water body. We hiked 40 mins and then took a u turn. Upon return, my watch had close to 9000 steps. Good thing is, we came day after it rained, and trail wasnt too muddy. Also, the stream was flowing with plenty water, also perhaps due to the prior days' rain.
