Very nice park. We went in Easter Sunday and many of the trails were closed. Loved the prairie trail…so serene and nice! They do have good restrooms and picnic areas.

My boys love going here, always clean, its free, and the have lots of hands on classes. Filled with many trails, 2 fishing and picnic tables. My family goes here weekly. The staff is always very nice, and educated.

Very cute smaller park in the heart of Houston. There are 2 miles of hiking trails, an observation tower, multiple small ponds (two of which you can fish from. Catch and release only) and TONS of wildlife to be seen. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Went today for the first time and really enjoyed checking out the trails and especially the observation tower. It's awesome that this park is free and has a lot of accessibility for disabled folks, especially the elevator in the observation tower providing access to awesome high-up views. It's nice to see many things such as the downtown skyline from up there. Also enjoyed that it's dog-friendly. Looking forward to returning!

This park beautiful, great to go in November on most days to enjoy the perfect weather. Summers can be hot but still beautiful 😍 Be extremely careful with small children and dogs/pets, thw alligators are no joke! We haven't came across huge ones but still, they're there! The trails are prefer to walk on, always clean with gravel, minimal dirt. One thing we always forget is that you can also fish 🐟 We haven't had a chance to fish so not sure if you would catch anything. There were quiet a few people out there today so they must be catching something! 10/10 recommend 👌🏻
