A lesser-used alternate route of the main trail. I enjoyed varied scenery and almost no crowds. Rolling hills and open skies made it peaceful and expansive. Didn’t reach the ocean, but loved the solitude. Excellent for moderate hikers
It use to be a good way to see the ocean with no crowds and restaurants are open and good people and food but it is closed off now and a lot of construction. I miss the pier tremendously I hope it opens up soon.
This is a fun run. Its 1.3 miles from start to finish a steady incline one direction and a gentle rolling decline the way back. Its a great run
