It is something I recommend for going out for a hike to be with nature that has a small waterfall and might see an animal that does have some history to it and even been there before when they had a Halloween event there and also have a small jail that in the 1900's that two girls were accused as witches we're locked up and they say that the jail and the woods are haunted by them.

Amazing place and full of challenges on the hike. We did 4.5 miles and got some amazing views.

Walked the white trail. All maps accurate and it was a great walk. Some good climbs and trails were gravel packed. I did not see any tire lines so i do not think mountain biking is allowed. Overall a great experience and i got to take a pic with a kc heart

You cannot find a waterfall that is better than White Tail Trail in KC! The best time is after a heavy rainstorm!

Took two of my boys on a long walk on the White Tail Trail, then headed into Parkville for ice cream. The trail is exceptionally maintained, making it easy enough for the five-year old but interesting enough for the 15-year old. We had a great afternoon, took tons of pictures, chatted with strangers on the trail. Highly recommended for a family outing!
