(from Google)Nice trail I was disappointed there was no water fall that the signs kept leading to :(
All the trails dead end to overgrown foliage, good luck... Wear boots, long pants and, ohh so much OFF... Mosquitos aren't the problem, it's the biting flies... But, the views are awesome, so worth the trek, great photo ops...
This is one of the smaller trail heads into the salt springs. The trail head itself is extremely easy to access. The trail was beautiful and before I knew it I was gazing into a Florida jungle. In all it’s a small loop and an amazing get away just off of the highway.
Love bringing our dogs here! Beautiful natural Florida!
This is this trailhead for around a half mile loop. The trail is mostly shaded. Not much to see but a nice stroll through the woods. Paying for access also gives you a day pass for the main park 2 miles down the road. At the main park there are more trails. Dog friendly. Bathrooms and small pavilion with a grill available.
