Pinnacle Mountain West Summit Trail

Clean, Good Trail for Beginner to Mid Level hikers, but bring plenty of water... At the West Summit Trail entrance go Left at the split for the easier way to the Summit, go right for the more difficult way.

Pinnacle Mountain is a beautiful spot for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails are well kept, the views from the top are stunning, and it’s a great place for families, fitness, or just relaxing outdoors.

The trail is clearly marked and have some sitting areas. The lower part of the trail is pretty easy. But the upper part have a rocky uphill. Its hard for occasional hikers. Be sure to have plenty of water. The rocky part doesn't have any shades. Despite all the hard labour, the view worth it. You can see the Arkansas River on the left and small hilly area on the right. For us it took almost 3 hour for round trip, but for experienced hiker it shouldn't take more than 1.5 hrs.Total elevation gain is around 700ft. Be very careful if you have breathing problem or health concerns.
