(from Google)Nice trail for walkers, joggers and cyclists. Restrooms and water are available along the trail. The Rocky Creek Bridge is closed so you can’t ride the whole trail but you can go to the Rocky Creek Preserve and ride that end of the trail. Construction is to be completed by 2025. This trail would be epic if it could tie into the Suncoast Parkway trail! Come on Hillsborough’s County! Make it happen!!
I have driven my bike through and fro the trail many times. It is just awesome. Very good place for biking. Trail provides a lovely view of flowers and trees. You can find Tampa's waste recycling hub also in the way. There is a very good restroom and drinking water amenity
Love this park. It is 7 miles long. However there is a bridge that collapsed (from Wisky toward Gunn Hwy) and don't know when they will reopen that section. You can bike or hike. There are bathrooms at the beginning of the few entrance. They also have a water station mid way to the park.
It's paved and it's usually a pretty quiet part of the trail. It's very easy to bike. The trail is wide. People often walk their dogs out here. Walking out of the parking area and seeing the big hill and then crossing the bridge over the water... Everything about it is so pretty.
I love this Trail I like being able to see nature I suggest to bring a snack, Sunscreen, Hat and Definitely have plenty of water i personally have a water backpack and most of the time I go in the Fall - Winter - time since it so hot most of the year. I usually go through October - March. Only thing i would mention is there should be more water stations and I wished it continued and connected to the Lutz Lake Fern Trail.
