My Shadow Dog Training

I met Jenny Cole two years ago when looking for therapy dogs to come to campus. I work in a college counseling center. At the end of April this year I adopted a dog. The first person I thought of to call for dog training was Jenny. She has such a good reputation. I just finished 6 weeks of Manners I Beginners class with my dog Precious. Jenny teaches the most important things to know about handling your dog in a low key way. At times I can feel overwhelmed when learning new things, Jenny made it relaxed and fun, yet serious. We got handouts each week and were encouraged to do homework to build and reinforce skills we learned. I even taught my two cats a few things. I highly recommend Jenny and I plan to continue taking classes with her and get my dog certified as a therapy dog.

My dog Balki recently graduated from Jenny’s CGC prep class. I have tried multiple training places with him, and nothing has been as effective and thorough than what I learned with Jenny! She covered everything that was needed, and took time to give individual help and assistance. From my experience, both me and my dog learned more in one session with Jenny than in a full 6-week course we took elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend her to any dog owner looking for affordable and effective training for any pups- she has been a miracle to us!

Jenny is absolutely amazing. I took my 8 year old golden retriever, Clover, to Jenny's Canine Manners I class when she was less than a year old. We completed that class and then Canine Manners II, Canine Good Citizens, and Canine Pet Therapy classes. Everyone is always so surprised at all the things Clover knows how to do - sit, shake, bow, touch, "front", even smell! Jenny is a absolutely wonderful resource for dog training in our area and she is well worth every dollar she charges for classes!

Jenny is amazing! From the Manners 1 class to the good citizen and therapy dog classes, she is so patient, kind and loves the pups. I would highly recommend Jenny for any of your training needs.

Jenny Cole is an awesome dog trainer and a delightful person. She is truly one of a kind! She is dedicated and willing to see you succeed in training your dog. She has a loving approach with animals and people. I enjoyed being taught by her and her sharing the years of wisdom she has obtained through her lifelong passion. Definitely recommend Jenny Cole!
