We hired Carol to train our pure breed black lab. I feel like we were very miss led about everything she would be over the phone and when we had our trial with our lab and her , we were not confident. There was a lot of wasted time and she didn’t give an impression that she has worked with a lot of dogs ( but especially labs, which she continuously kept mentioning to us because she owned them) Ours was 5 months when she met him ,so sweet and super playful. She acted like she was going to fall over when he would do a little play jump and she did not respond well to his puppyness. We agreed to continue because we had to pay in full before the trial and she kept talking up future sessions . Our sessions would be cut short than scheduled and in the time no training progress would completed. She would just be talking down to us the entire time. Which we are confident that we are responsible and attentive to our dog. We had a moment that we met up with her lab Wilbur that was older than ours .Wilbur was a full grown and was jumping all over her and us and was not trained at all. That’s when we first realized that this really wasn’t going work for us because we saw the results. Plus, when my husband and I were both working with our lab she would be demising over how strong and assertive he was and how that was too much for our dog. And that made us uncomfortable. Honestly, she made it extremely hard with our schedules and she would put off our times because she had a trip that came up are we needed to randomly switch our training time with someone else. She wasn’t very professional with her time management. We were extremely disappointed with our experience we got. I would say after we attended four sessions that were not completed, we asked for a refund of some sort because we saw no results ,time was not being scheduled and we did not like her training method or the way she talk up after every training . She refused told us that we needed to schedule after the summer because she wasn’t getting enough time with him and we did not go back. Yes, we did miss out on money it was a very unfortunate experience.We do regret it now , but now our lab is trained and a very good boy almost a year and a half now. We do not recommend.

I can personally attest that the Samuel007 review is not a legitimate review. Unfortunately, businesses are venerable to someone with a personal issue falsely accusing you. This is wrong. I know Carol to be a passionate dog trainer with a real love for the animal and the training she does with them.

As a cancer survivor, I wanted to give back. Hospitals desperately needed Therapy Dogs. Carol was the perfect trainer and coach for us to achieve this goal! This is our beloved Oliver! He was our Therefore Dog. Unfortunately, cancer took him away from us a couple of years ago. But, we have the memories and a wonderful relationship with Carol and her program!!

Carrie is awesome! She worked with Me and my Boy Anubis and did wonders! She was so sweet with him and understandings with helping us find our way to work together as team. She stayed with us from Behavior all the way through service dog training. She still checks in to make sure we are doing alright and is more than willing to help with anything else we need like additional tasks or maintenance training.
