Randy and Lauren trained our 5 month old Great Dane and it’s been so much fun seeing the difference in his behavior after coming home. We practice 10 minutes a day what we were coached to do and our investment is worth the reward of an obedient dog. Sooo worth it!

Randy’s training is first class. I spoke with several trainers in the Nashville area ranging from franchises to independently owned facilities; none came close to the responsiveness and attention to detail compared to Randy. Another thing I appreciated is there is no noise with various packages and levels of training, nor is the training delegated to more junior staff members. Randy has his one program, that he himself performs with decades of experience. Our golden retriever puppy went at 16 weeks acting very much like a puppy. She came home with a completely different temperament and demeanor. Still a puppy, but the second we go back into obedience exercises she is at attention and on point. She’s not even six months old yet, and she is better behaved than any of my peers 2+ old labs and/or retrievers (some of which also trained locally by other trainers). Can’t say enough positive things. We will be back for boarding and “tune-ups”. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Randy Hare’s Alpha Canine Dog Training. Before training, my dog was constantly pulling on the leash and honestly just didn’t listen very well. Walks were stressful instead of enjoyable, however since training the walks we go on are more relaxing than they’ve ever been for both me and my dog! After sending him to Randy, it’s like I got a completely different dog back. He walks perfectly on leash, listens immediately, and is calm, focused, and obedient. The transformation has been truly incredible. What really stands out is not just the obedience, but the confidence and balance my dog now has. Everybody we know says he’s a completely different dog now, in the very best way. He still has all the personality he ever had, however now we are truly a team and Randy’s training has deepened the relationship between my dog and I! Randy clearly knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. The results speak for themselves. If you’re on the fence — don’t be. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dog. Highly, highly recommend!

Phenomenal experience. Randy and Lauren are unmatched. They took in our 1.5 year old Doberman and turned him into a well-mannered companion. It’s astonishing what 4 weeks did for our boy and for us as a family. Everything Randy promised was upheld and more. We can finally walk our dog without a single pull and can expose him to any scenario (e.g dog park, pet store, having friends/family over) and have confidence in him and more importantly have confidence in ourselves. Our Malinois Ruby started with Randy at about one year of age. She learned reliable obedience, socialization skills and her energy after training was more manageable and appropriate for her job as our family pet. She gained a solid foundation and we have since followed up with Randy for ongoing training as he promised. Moreover, it was obvious that Randy has a special gift with animals. Ruby and he bonded and we knew that she trusted him which we felt was crucial to training this special breed. We appreciated how Randy was very upfront with us about the process. He managed our expectations candidly, helped with a smooth transition from facility to home and has been there for us post-training which is when the learning really begins. Money very well spent and we feel that Randy will be a life long resource and friend. We highly recommend him to anyone that wishes to bring out the best in their dog.
