Booked appointment for grooming at this location because it was the only one I could get before Christmas. When I took my dog in the lady was rude and said she couldn’t take my dog because he was aggressive. I have never had that happen before at any other location, especially the riverpark location where my dog is a regular. She offered no other future appointments with another groomer, nor offer to call another location to help expedite setting a new appointment somewhere else. Nor did she even apologize for the inconvenience which was the professional thing to do, and all I was given was attitude. You just can’t make people do their job. I was very disappointed, and I will never return to this location for anything, as well as recommend to anyone else to do the same. And by the way, my dog is a little 8 pound shih-tzu who is friendly to everyone. And even to other animals. Guess he just didn’t like her, I guess animals do really sense those things. He already knew.

The staff is amazing, before and after the pandemic. Willing to work with customers. Very helpful finding products, even if it is not with them.
