(from Google)This is a convenient option if you are visiting Zion and need a place for your dog during the day, since dogs are not allowed in most areas of the park. It’s helpful to have a service like this nearby for travelers. One thing we found a bit confusing was the fixed drop-off and pick-up time window. We weren’t sure why dogs can’t be dropped off outside those times, and it left us wondering what the supervision schedule looks like during the rest of the day. Overall, it’s a useful option for people traveling with dogs, but a little more clarity about the schedule would make the experience feel even more reassuring.
I can see why this place has a 5 Star rating! I have had numerous dogs over many years and they were all fine with getting their nails trimmed, but my current spoiled dog has been such a baby with trimming his nails. The vet clinic has clipped his nails, but he needed to get sedated and when I try to trim them with a grinder you would think I was skinning him alive! I took him into Zion Canyon Canine and Hannah did a great job explaining to me about the quick and how it grows with the nails and his quick in his front paws were very long - she explained that they need to be trimmed back slowly and get him on a routine. I did the weekly trimming for a little over a month - his nails are nice & short, he does not get aggressive when getting his nails done - but he still acts like a baby! :-) Thank you, Hannah for your knowledge and assistance --- definitely recommend Hannah & Zion Canyon Canine!!
It was our first time using this daycare AND putting our baby girl in a day camp. We didn’t want to leave her alone by herself while we hiked at Zion and saw this place handles reactive dogs. However, they actually got her to socialize with the big dogs which was to our surprise and got her a photo session as well. Highly recommend this place!
I sent my dog to the doggy daycare twice during our visits to Zion (today and in 2023), and I received top-notch service both times. My dog comes back happy and not exhausted. She really seems to enjoy the place. A big thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome (Haskell from Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦)! I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!
I absolutely loved how my 4-month-old puppy enjoyed his stay here! He had such a great time playing with the other puppies, and the staff kept me updated with adorable pictures of him looking so happy and active. They even sent me the cutest photos after his bath, which made me feel even more confident about their care. The facility is fantastic, they have ramps, a pool, and plenty of space for supervised playtime. It’s clear that the dogs are well looked after while having fun. I highly recommend this dog day care, especially if you’re heading to Zion National Park for a hike and need a safe, happy place for your pup. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌟🐶
