PetSmart Dog Training

Awful experience trying to get my dogs nails trimmed today. I've never had a problem here before, but the woman today looked pissed that we came in. She barely communicated and was zoned out like she was drugged up. She didn't attempt to try to comfort my dog and was strangling him with a noose-like collar even though he had a harness on him already. The women working today need to be somewhere else, because they cannot handle dogs. It's embarrassing she didn't even care my dog was being choked and did not care afterwards. I do not recommend to take your pet here for their services.

Just picked up my dog, and I am very happy with the grooming job. The staff was very competent, friendly, and made my dog feel right at home, even though that was his first time being away from his family. He’s clean and all tuckered out now it’s time for a nap.
