Cornerstone Dog Training

After adopting our 2 yr old Labradoodle, we realized she was almost too much to handle. She was reactive to other dogs and was so hard to walk because she would pull us down the street. We found ourselves walking late at night to avoid any altercations. A friend recommended Cornerstone dog training, and after just a few weeks, our life with Nala was so much better! We were given the tools and help to successfully take our dog out in public and walk her in a heal. We can take her on hikes, off leash, with peace of mind that she will have good recall and obey the first time. It has taken work and effort on our part, but we are beyond pleased with this program and appreciated the tips and follow up our trainer, Alisia gave. I would recommend this program to dog owners that want more peace, trust and enjoyment with their dog.

I love my dog and wanted our friends and family to love her too. When I found Cornerstone, I was thrilled. Not only has my dog shown huge progress - she has exceeded the goals I set out for us to make. Emily, our trainer, was incredibly patient and supportive as I worked with Stella in her training. We love Cornerstone Dog Training! Our mini bernedoodle did puppy & chaos to calm board and train. When he came home he was so well behaved & obedient. We also love that we have access to lifetime assistance along with monthly group classes.

We did Cornerstone training from puppy through adult. We have one more lesson before our dog graduates and it has been amazing to see him grow into the well behaved dog that we have now. I think everyone should do this program! I'm excited we get to continue with the doggy classes so he gets to be exposed to other dogs and situations. I cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I got an Airedale terrier puppy who was extremely energetic and quite frankly out of control; we got our puppy into the training program with cornerstone when our puppy was around 16 weeks old; we were teamed up with trainer Emily and she was the consummate pro throughout the training process. We were willing to work with the program but our puppy was still very hyper and not a great listener for the first couple of weeks; but Emily worked miracles with our puppy and week by week our puppy transformed into a pretty well behaved dog. Yesterday was our final training session for the program and our dog did amazing! A reason we loved this program was that they keep it simple; you learn a few commands each week and they even have videos to fall back on if you need extra guidance; then the next week at training you work on what you previously learned and then learn a couple more skills to work on. But Emily was a great trainer and had a loving but firm command of our dog from day one. We’re excited to attend graduation in a couple of weeks!!
