Have been coming to this salon for years with no complaints prior. Brought my two dogs in. Was told about one dog needed to be shaved. Came back and the dog that was not mentioned needed to be shaved was shaved to the skin.she was shaking for a week and hiding under the covers refusing to eat. I called to complain. The manager was utterly rude saying that she wanted to read my dogs report with me to explain. I explained that they didn’t tell me the right dog was shaved. She was too delusional to listen to me and kept repeated the same nonsense. I was nice and kept explaining that they told me the wrong dog and I would have never agreed to it if they told me. Manager clearly only cares about money and doesn’t care about the business she signed up for. She will try to gaslight you and not listen. Pass this shop if you can. Learn to cut your dogs hair on your own. Saves money and prevents trauma that heavenly paws does. Remember the owners do not care and will not listen to you even though you never had a complaint in the last 10 years with their services. PROTECT YOUR DOGS

I would give negative starts if I could. We’ve been bringing Auzzie here about 5 to 6 times, the last time we picked him up he was shaking like crazy and very upset. I should have listened to another customer who was complaining about her 2 little yorkies, but mine you I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today my poor little Auzzie wouldn’t get out of my car, I had to pick him up and when I am going to the door, he’s literally making me drag him, to the point that I pick him up. At this point he’s yelping. I walk in and asked, "do yall have cameras back there?" Lady in the front says m "for what?" I say, "he’s never done this before and he’s been groomed a dozen times"… Auzzie is not having it, my poor baby is shaking like never before. She presumes to ask if I want to speak with his groomer and I say yes. Auzzie is getting louder, shaking more if that’s possible, so I said, "I don’t know what yall did to him, but he’s doesn’t want to be here, so I’m gonna leave and find another groomer." Last at front then apologizes says "so sorry, bye" lol get this I’m driving home, telling my husband what just happened , I get a phone call, "hello is this Angie?" Me; "yes this is" " well this is (owner) and I’m calling to let you know that after your little episode we refuse to ever groom Auzzie again!" (Mind you she’s yelling at me) there’s no one in that groomer shop when I went but me Auzzie and the receptionist). I laugh and tell her (a few choice words) and say " I just fired you, you’re absolutely right you’ll never touch my baby again!" Her "go right ahead!" Don’t take your puppies or small dogs here, pay attention to other customers when picking up their babies) We need groomers to have camares when grooming our littles. My poor baby was traumatized just recognizing that place.

How does this place not have more than 5 stars? This has been the best pet groomer and cheapest I have used. The staff is amazingly friendly to the people and the pets. Thank you heavenly paws!

I completely forgot to leave a review here last time. This place is amazing. Their prices are affordable, their customer service is perfect, and it's awesome how nice everyone is there. Even for just a simple nail trim, several ladies come up to love on the cat while he is getting his nails trimmed. The best people to be in the service of taking care of pets, whether it's vets or groomers are real true pet lovers. This place is just that. But the way they are so nice to their customers as well. Reminds me of how businesses used to be.
