For the last years I have had both of my dogs Dan and Bardi, involved with IBK9. Jason has been helping Dan work on search and rescue tracker training and he loves it so far. Julie has done some confidence building with Bardi who's Weimaraner character has benefited from the guidance. Weekly, both dogs and myself have worked with Oliver, who comes up with the most engaging and mind stimulating ideas for them to participate in! Oliver's creative nature has been a wonderful treat for all 3 of us!! Thanks to Kristen, everything runs seamlessly and my boys get so many opportunities they would not find elsewhere. We adopted two GSP/Weimaraner puppies — the perfect storm of high-energy chaos and major fear issues. Enter IB K9. I am adding to my review from 6 months ago. At that time, I was dealing with ptsd from my previous dog that had bitten people. I was scared to walk my dog Chandler due to the reactivity of my last dog. I put my trust in Jason, Kristen, and Hannah to help me be a better handler and dog mom. 6 months later, Chandler has 2 AKC Trick Dog titles, can run an agility course, and has started scent training. Tonight, I realized just how much IBK9 has made a difference in my life. I walked a 110-pound Rottweiler and an 80-pound Rottweiler puppy for 2 miles. Past an old man who had a dog that was NOT on a leash, barking dogs behind fences and past people who were on bikes. Never in a million years did I think i would ever be able to do that again. The dogs were excellent, stayed right at my heel, and didn't react at all. I literally burst into tears with pride when we got home. None of this would have been possible had it not been for truly the BEST dog training team in Arizona at IBK9. I will be forever grateful to them. I can't say enough good things about IB canine. The entire staff there is great. Hannah, our trainer. I say ours because I think she has had to train me more than my dog. I enrolled my dog in they board and train package. It was hard not being able to see him, but it was more than worth it. My dog didn't seem to miss me at all! When I saw how much he had learned, I was amazed. He went in as a rowdy little pup and came out like a navy seal. It's been a fantastic experience. Better yet, I have a happy dog who listens to me and is excited to learn more.

IBK9 is fantastic! We tried several trainers before connecting with them earlier this year. We enrolled our new lab puppy in their puppy start classes in January, and her progress has been impressive. Jason not only trained her effectively but also taught me a lot about handling my dogs. Seeing how much our puppy progressed, we decided to enroll our 4-year-old lab, who struggles with major impulse control, in their classes too. While we're not finished yet, the difference in her behavior is remarkable. We had a lot of troubles with pulling and walking and major issues with ball obsessions, but through the training Bella has significantly improved and we couldn’t be happier with her progress. Julie's work with Bella has been outstanding. I am extremely grateful for the entire IBK9 team, including Kristen who has been nothing but amazing in answering my endless questions and requests.
