(from Google)My dog has been going to Dog Palace daycare since she was a baby. She is now 8 months old. She goes 5 days a week. She is so happy, she jumps out of the car, runs to the door and then “patiently” waits for a staff member to take her in the back. The staff has been wonderful since day one. I highly recommend this daycare. I have also recently used the grooming service and boarding service and I am very pleased with everything.
Took my dog here for a ‘fresh cut’ trim which he’s not the easiest on groomers and came in shakingggg from anxiety. After texting with the groomer, Fernanda, and then watching how she evaluated him in person, her patience and knowledge made me comfortable enough to trust her and leave him. A couple hours later she called me, and my dog came out with the cutest fresh cut and was so happy; not just to see me but to still be in her presence, which says a lot! I’d definitely take him back. I’m even considering checking out their training because he came back acting a little disciplined too 🤣🐾
We are very happy with the people, the place, and the service. We had to leave our dog for two weeks while we traveled. The experience was excellent! The dog was happy. We had the reports right on their website and the alerts by email to let us know that a new report had been produced. Our dog has allergies and might develop skin rashes... They gave her her prescriptions on time, and when we picked her up, her skin was very clean . This is a place that we trust, and we will definitely leave our dog to their care on future occasions as needed.
Do not come here! Beware of the employees
We recently finished a 4 week board and train program for our 4 year old husky/shepherd mix. He's been home for two weeks, and we couldn't be happier with the behavior changes we've seen. The team did an amazing job with the things we asked about- walking on a leash, coming back upon being called when he's off leash and decreasing his overall anxiety day to day. He's an overall calmer dog, he's crate trained for the times we leave the house, his recall is exponentially better and he listens to us when people or deliveries come to the house. Our pup was creating a wedge in our family with his stubborn husky habits. We trained him as a puppy and he had his basic skills but his recall outside was non existent, his (separation) anxiety was getting worse- he could not settle down when people visited the house and when we were gone he'd destroy things in the house. Thank you to this amazing group of people for training us and our dog, we're looking forward to keeping up his training and bringing him back for daycare visits.
