(from Google)I was immediately impressed with Crystal's intake process. It was clear that she knows dogs, and she knows dog behavior and pack mentality. Crystal is the best - she cares deeply for each dog in her care, and they know. The facility is amazing, it's clean with separated play areas inside and out that allows for safe grouping of dogs. We knew our pup was in the best hands and never worried when she was in Crystal's care. I wish all dog daycares operated how Crystal runs Happy Paws - at Happy Paws it is not about the money; it is about the dogs being safe, having fun and being a bit spoiled by love.
I've checked out several doggie daycares and this is the best one. Crystal make sure the dogs fit in together, get to know each other and can coexist, even with toys and other resources that most doggy daycares don't allow There are often human grade treats that the dogs enjoy, and you get a lot of cute pictures during the day Finally, Crystal offers boarding and goes above and beyond to take care of your pup. I've been going here for 7 years now and as long as I have dogs I will continue
Dickens has been going to Happy Paws for over 3 years. At first it was just to make sure he was socialized - but now we send him a couple of days a week because he loves it so much. We trust Crystal with our pup! I was so impressed with her interview process not just checking on us but she took the time to introduce Dickens to the other doggies to make sure he fit in. He falls asleep in the car on the ride home because he plays so hard all day.
This is an Awesome daycare for my dog. It’s clean, friendly, and available for daycare and boarding to their clients. Crystal loves my dog as much I do and she takes great care of all dogs in her care.
Happy Paws is a business where you really feel taken care of. Crystal does a great job creating a fun space for our dogs while also keeping them safe. You can tell she really loves them and wants to learn the unique personalities of each dog. The multiple spaces/fenced areas are open, but can be closed to create different sections based on the needs of the dogs. Crystal also takes the time to communicate what she learned from your dog while caring for him or her. A real treasure in Troy! I'm so glad we found Happy Paws!
