Leader of the Pack Dog Training

Michelle was amazing, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient in her methods! We had recently welcomed a (crazy) Aussie pup into our home, and needed some guidance in basic obedience. Leader of the Pack came recommended from our dog sitters. Michelle showed us how to properly work on training with our pup, Honey - not just by telling us, but also by demonstrating with our dog. She was more than willing to answer any questions we had, as well as explaining certain methods again if we were struggling to do it properly the first time. We did the beginning basic obedience course, and we plan to enroll Honey in the next level course once she is 6 months! All I can say is thank you Michelle, you were a joy to work with the last 4 weeks and we learned so much!

Michelle provided invaluable help in training our rescue pup (and us!) with many different adjustments and transitions. She was always prompt and had planned goals for each session, continuing to meet regularly until all of our goals were met. We now feel confident in taking our pup places and trusting her to stay in our yard. We are able to relax and simply enjoy our spirited little snuggle bug, knowing we have coping skills to address any issues that may arise.

My dog started the Basic Obedience course barking and lunging at other dogs. She ended her fourth and last class waiting calmly on her place. Michelle leads both dogs and owners by example, making her teachings easy to follow. There is no substitute for watching a skilled handler in person! I am relieved and grateful to have found a skilled trainer so close to home. Michelle guides the classes with insight and good humor. I look forward to taking more classes at Leader of the Pack.

Michelle is the best dog trainer, she does everything in her power to help where it’s needed. She is amazing! I’d definitely recommend her for any type dog and any training!
