THE DOG HAUS

We are so thankful for the Dog Haus and all the employees that love taking care of dogs. We appreciated the meet and great assessment before boarding was possible, and the updated shot and vet records turned in. It shows having healthy dogs in their care is absolutely important. Our dog jumps out of the car upon arrival and doesn’t even glance back. She’s excited to be with crew.

Discriminatory treatment of well trained service animals. Had an appointment, drove up there then refused a temperament treatment or board my dogs before they met them. Left me in and my dogs sitting in the summer triple digit heat while they unapologetically left me stuck last minute. I had to cancel my trip because I was banking on boarding because my dogs are always accepted. Brandon, the owner ignored me repeatedly to follow up, after he’s the one I initially spoke with about boarding my dogs. Now, they’ll create unnecessary financial barriers like requiring a fecal test just for your dogs to come on the premises for temperament test because they can’t be bothered to pick up any incidental poop. To discourage you from wanting to come there, you have to pay vet and lab fees before they even confirm they’ll accept your dogs? Nope 👎 The premises isn’t a ranch, it’s an open lot of dirt with no shade with small kennels and incompetent staff. Disgusting treatment. If they treat people like this before they even meet the dogs, imagine how they treat dogs who can’t speak for themselves when no one’s watching? If you care about your time and your animals well-being, you’ll go somewhere else.

Both my current dogs love going to Dog HAUS. They have a great time - they are itching to get out of the car when we arrive. It is a great solution for when we go out of town and can't take them.

I am absolutely beyond ecstatic about this business what they stand for their ethics and their involvement. They are very hands on Dog focused group of amazing people. I have been taking my dogs here for a couple years and every single experience has been top notch. My dogs are all excited to be dropped off they are all excited to go home every single person that they encounter is a good vibe. I have tried to use other boarding facilities and doggy daycare facilities in The Valley and I have had no luck except for with Brandon and his associates. This facility does not feel like the stereotypical kennel they have made it to have a genuine doghouse feel on an extremely large scale and so much that the dogs feel like they're at home and as a pack instead of in a brick wall Tunnel Hidden behind a chain link fence. I have 2 extremely large breed dogs and they come home tired which is hard to do. Their website makes it extremely easy to book a visit and check on upcoming dates as needed. Next time you need your dogs to get out a little extra energy while you're at work for the day or you just want to go on vacation and not have to worry I highly suggest booking here.

We were so happy with our experience with The Dog Haus. We were nervous about leaving our dog for 10 days (especially because it was her first time going there) but she did great thanks to the loving staff and the multiple daily opportunities for play. I do not think she would have done well in a standard kennel but she came back happy and healthy from The Dog Haus. We liked them so much that we canceled our dog sitter for our next trip and booked her another stay.
