Really bad experience, I went to adopt a dog MILLAN (BULLDOG) and only because I didn’t speak English they gave Millan to another person (who speaks English). they had told me that Millan was already my dog when I enter the door, I get into the office at exactly 10:00 am and 30 min later entered the other person (who had adopted Millan just in front of my face) just because of the language. I adopted another dog and they tried to make me feel better giving me a free adoption. But a really bad experience only for the language. If It was an option of 0 stars I would put it

Had to have our sweet little man euthanized this morning. They were very caring, thoughtful, patient and empathetic. Thank you to all of you.

We adopted Buddy who we named Hank and the humane society of Yuma was amazing to us and hank!!!!!! Thank you guys for all you do for the pet community!!!!! Wish I could give yall 10 stars!!! Shout to Jimmy!!!! You're amazing dude!!!

Awesome facility, very good customer service so polite and respectful. Each representative took the time to educate us on their process and after adoption they truly offer good support. The Vaccine volunteers are so super sweet and kind a real pleasure to bring outmr puppies in.
