New client, had an injured cat. I was able to get her in that day. Dr. Dillard was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. Great customer service, would absolutely recommend and will be taking our other animals there for service.

Dr. Dillard and her assistant Hanna were great. Both were very friendly. They examined my cat, Jasmine, gently and calmly. Dr. Dillard explained everything clearly. Our visit was quick and we left feeling good.

Great service! I was a walk-in on a Saturday which can get full quickly. Glad I went there early. My dog received great care.

Everyone is so nice and friendly here. They are always so happy to see my pup and sweet to him. We come in about every six weeks for acupuncture and such and the prices and services cannot be beaten. Always recommending Chimney Rock to everyone who has pups.

Amazing service and care! They love on my Bentley (golden doodle) so well and make him feel so safe and cared for. As an owner I really appreciate their sincerity and care that they offer. I've been going here for 20+ years and will never choose another service. They hands down beat everyone in customer service. Also being open for walk-ins on the weekend is a major plus!
