Allen Family Vet is truly in a class above the rest. I’ve been to many veterinarians for other pets and have never experienced this level of compassion or quality of care for my fur baby. The entire staff is incredibly kind and consistently demonstrate genuine care for my dog’s overall well-being. Dr. Mathes is in a league of her own—her expertise, attentiveness, and true passion for her work are evident in every interaction. Our surgery experience with Dr. Moll was exceptional. Natalie texted me after the procedure to let me know my dog did great and was recovering well, and Dr. Moll personally followed up with a call to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. The office even checked in the next day to see how my pup was doing and has continued to be an incredible source of support in meeting all of his needs. I highly recommend Allen Family Vet and cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire practice.

Allen family vet has cared for our pack since we moved to Allen 4 years ago. They are knowledgeable, caring, and easy to work with. I am particularly grateful for the wonderful care they provided our senior dog, extending her years of health and happiness and giving her a gentle and loving passing when that was no longer possible.

Absolutely amazing people and staff! Took care of my kitty Honey and got her feeling good again after some urinary issues. Were able to squeeze me in and were super nice about it. Can't recommend enough!
