Creature Comfort Animal Clinic

I drive over a hour one way to see Dr. Justin because he is the best exotic vet in dfw. I brought him a rescued adult tegu and he saved me thousands because of a miss with another vet…. Tegu is thriving a year later and recently took my rescue boa for a nose issue. He truly knows his reptiles. Praise for the office staff too! They are truly kind, responsive and very helpful.

Just a horrible and cruel vet clinic. I canceled my dog’s paw plan because she was dying. They continued to collect and now have sold my “debt” to a collection company. This company calls me noon and night, reminding me of my dog. This is disappointing that they did this. I had been going to them since my dog was a puppy. Don’t get the paw plan or they will do this to you too. I have been telling everyone not to go to them.

I had such a great experience at Creature Comfort Animal Clinic. Dr. Liz Gebhardt was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. As a first-time puppy owner, I really appreciated the extra guidance and reassurance. The whole staff was gentle and caring with my puppy. Highly recommend!

I had to give my Baby to God and they took such good care of me and him. It was devastating. But they did the most to keep us both comfortable. Thank you ladies. Thank you for your kindness.

I cannot say enough good things about Creature Comfort Animal Clinic and the incredible Dr. Justin Tran. I have been bringing my pets here for years, and even though I moved from Fort Worth to New Braunfels, I still drive all the way back to Arlington because there is no one else I trust more with my babies. Dr. Tran has spayed and neutered three of my kitties, and most recently, he performed mouth surgery on my cat, Tofu. Tofu was very sick, but thanks to Dr. Tran’s expertise and care, he is doing so much better now! Beyond the medical care, their boarding is top-notch. Tofu stayed with them over the weekend, and they took such great care of him. It’s a long drive, but for the peace of mind Dr. Tran gives me, it is 100% worth it. I’ll be a client for life!
