Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia - Asheville

I would like to let others know that if you find yourself needing these services to definitely use Heartstrings.This is such a heartbreaking experience but Dr.Amy Brewbraker is an Angel on Earth.She sat on the floor with my family and talked us thru every step.my furbaby jumped in her lap as if he knew her his whole life! I believe he knew why she was here and he peacefully left this world.Its a heart wrenching thing to go thru and at the same time, I knew that it was also a gift for our poor baby and his suffering was over.I recommend anyone who is going thru this to use Heartstrings.Dr.Amy Brewbaker treated us and our baby like friends, she even hugged me.She made this experience feel like we did a beautiful thing for our sweet baby and I'm so thankful to her for helping us thru this.

Heartstrings is a phenomenal company. The staff are sincere and polite. Every word they say has compassion and warmth over the phone and in person. My 14 yo shepherd had to be euthanized a few days ago and she was my whole life. They were quick to help me schedule a vet visit. Dr Amy was professional but her presence was also like that of a family member or good friend. She explained everything and walked us through the entire process. She was very tactful and empathetic. It was a very sad day for me and my partner but she was able to turn it into a beautiful moment that was comfortable and peaceful for my dog. The staff are also good about checking up on you about how you are doing and post euthanasia plans.

I am so thankful to know that there is a mobile Vetanarian especially to come on weekends! They couldn't have sent a better Vetanarian then Dr. Brewbaker! She was Great! So kind and polite and understanding. She knew her job well! Thank you ❤️
