(from Google)I sadly had to let go of my Benni. I took him in he was in mid respiratory trouble. He was examined and I was told the bad news. Heart failure. I decided best to let him go. They were so caring and helpful and compassionate. I knew he was in good hands. I cried for an hour in the parking lot and went home. I received a wonderful surprise in the mail. They sent his little paw prints in a sympathy card. I cried again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING. Oh and yes they are decent in pricing. Less than half what I paid somewhere else 9 year ago at an emergency clinic.
Always a great environment and quick, easy visits. My cat is never stressed when we’re there and they treat her so nicely! Pricing is simple and they worked with me to get invoices that were clear to submit to my pet’s insurance. Thank you!
Each time I take my fur baby there, whether it's for vet or kennel, all of the staff are so pleasant. And when I've had to change my plans, they accommodate without fail. I feel he's safe there My only issue is, I've never had a vet (and I've lived all over the country) that did not let me stay with my fur baby when undergoing standard procedures. It seems abnormal. I recently took my boy back to my previous vet, Grand Avenue, and they are great with both my dog and me. I only changed because Beach Park is a mile from my house. Easy for kenneling.
My canine companions have benefited from the extraordinary professional care of the entire staff since 1997. I was impressed at the care and empathy exhibited to me during occasions of loss, and supportive empathy during subsequent times of grief. I was raised rurally and have experienced many vets; they don’t come any better than these folks!
Love the staff members there. Very kinda and sweet. The prices weren’t not outrageous. They were very sweet with my baby.
