The establishment is clean and well managed. Used the kennel services and the staff gave a report on their status. Pets were happy to be there but happy to be home as well!

I took my cat here for the first time when I rescued her as a kitten. They took good care of her when she was in bad shape and instructed me on what I needed to do to keep her alive. It worked and I continued taking her here for the remainder of her life. They were the ones who gave me the news that she was terminally ill. They were able to answer all of my questions, and compassionately give me information that was based on knowledge and experience. They were there when she had her final visit to say goodbye. They have a good system for how they handle those visits and they made her feel comfortable and they made me feel thought of. I’ll definitely be bringing my next fur baby here and I know that when I do, she’ll receive the same great care. Thank you very much to Dr. Seymour and the wonderful staff ❤️

After some plentiful recommendations on which vet within the Beaumont to trust with my Golden Retriever puppy, I chose Beaumont West Animal Care and I am so happy I did. He has never been anything but kind to my puppy and I, not to mention he is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll recommend this vet to anyone and anyone who will listen. It’s a true treat for my puppy to visit her Dog-ctor here.

Great amazing experience with Beaumont west animal care we are from EL PASO TX and came all the way here to pick up our beautiful LIL D THAT they stole 6 years ago!!!!! The moment they called us and emailed us they where so helpful and great customer service even sent us pictures and kept us informed about our beautiful dog lil d they performed all the necessary shots or vaccines he needed gave us the records service when we got there was amazing and fast thank u so much for all your help May GOD BLESS YOU GUYS PERSONALLY AND THE SHELTER WE BLESS U!! The staff is friendly and they always have plenty of workers. I brought my puppy here for his vaccines, only saw the vet the first visit. The staff would taken him to the back for his shots & bring him back. But I did have some questions, they were able to get me a room with the vet. Vet was really helpful and knowledge. We recently moved to the area, so I was updating the vet on my senior Shih Tzu. All went well and the DR listen to all my dogs issues and gave suggestions. It's not too hard to get appointments a week out and they are really good about having the prescriptions ready quickly. They do have a few cats that roam around. There is a separate cat and dog area. I'm allergic to cats, so I stay of clear of that side.
