Fantastic vet! A friend recommended this clinic when my husband and I mentioned how much we were unhappy with our dog’s previous vet. The quality of the care was apparent from the start. You get to accompany your animal throughout the appointment. Big green flag in my opinion. I always hated when, in the past, vets would take my animal “to the back” and out of my sight in order to weigh, take temp, vitals, etc. I’m very uncomfortable with my pet being out of my sight like that. Both times I’ve gone into Best Care, I was able to accompany my dog for the duration of the visit! Second, this vet is very experienced and thorough. My dog is 10, and this was the FIRST vet to make note of his posture. The FIRST vet to remove long/excess fur from his paw pads. And the FIRST vet that actually gave us multiple options for his medicated diet (in fact, we had been told by the previous vet that the medicated food they assigned was our ONLY option. Only one?! In the megabusiness that is dog food? It sounded wrong, and turns out it was. I didn’t even need to prompt Dr. Don for options, he just went ahead and advised us of everything, along with pros and cons). Third, they have weekend availability and are very accommodating. When my dog developed a licking granuloma, they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment ASAP. I don’t leave a lot of reviews normally, which is probably why this is one so long-winded lol, but I simply HAD to after experiencing such great care. It was so refreshing how competent and reliable this vet was, he and his amazing assistants (they are great) deserve many many good reviews! This facility is doing wonderful and compassionate work!

Dr. Scarpinatto has seen our almost 15 year old girl since she was 4 months. Ever since the first visit we trusted him. He is experienced, honest and always looking for the best options for our girl and us (as owners). He and his staff are friendly and professional. If you take your pets to see him, they will be in the best hands.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Scarpinatto for over 15 years. He has always been awesome and very reasonably priced. He and his staff are very compassionate and caring. Wouldn't take my babies any where else!

I've been taking my foster dogs to Dr Don for 20 years. He now cares for my older chihuahua, Luigi, and my hotshot Rat Terrier, Mr Chips. I trust Dr Don to always do what's best for my animals. He has helped foster dogs recover from serious problems when I thought they were beyond help. And when they had no more quality of life, he has honestly told me so. Dr Don is a good man and an excellent vet. I just hope he never retires because he is irreplacable.
