I am so grateful for both the competence and compassion of Dr. Fry and her wonderful staff. I have little doubt that without both, our family would have lost our oldest and dearest cat Alfred, who had quite a complicated issue. A huge thank you to all of you. Looking forward to seeing you more for boring checkups.

Calling to schedule euthanasia for a senior pet is already one of the hardest phone calls a pet owner can make. We had been clients of this practice for years and brought multiple dogs and our cat here over time. We had not been seen since 2023 because our healthy pets have been getting routine wellness visits and vaccines at a quick clinic. When I called to arrange euthanasia for our senior dog, I was immediately told that because we had not been seen recently, he would need an exam first and that a deposit would be required before an appointment could even be booked. I understand clinics have policies and appointment requirements, and I respect that. However, we did have a long history with this practice, and we have always paid our bills and never canceled appointments. What upset me was not the policy itself—it was the complete lack of compassion in how the conversation was handled. There was no acknowledgment that this was an end-of-life call, no empathy, no expression of concern—just an immediate focus on money and procedure. At one of the most difficult moments of pet ownership, I expected at least a little humanity. Policies exist for a reason, but bedside manner matters too. This interaction left me feeling like our years as clients meant very little and that payment mattered more than the life of our beloved pet.

Dr Fry Has been my vet since 2013 when I got my first Husky. Still continue to only use Vet On Main to this very day and having many more Huskies to take. I highly recommend them to everything and have my friends and family go there as well. Never have had a complaint and has always answer questions, concerns and done what is needed.

Dr. Fry was fantastic!! We recently moved here from Delco and we worried about finding a vet around that we love around here. This facility is definitely the place to take your pets! My cat started feeling quite sick and I had to get him checked out asap and they got my cat Poppy in the same day! They were very accommodating and took the best care of Poppy. He is back to his normal self!! I have another cat and dogs at home and they will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Fry!
