(from Google)Always responsive to my questions and/or concerns, and they take great care of my two cats. Would highly recommend Combs to anyone!
I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff was friendly, the vet and vet assistant were professional and interested in the wellbeing of my cat. I also really appreciated the first visit discount for my rescue cat!
Combs is hands-down one of the best vet clinics. I started bringing my cats here three years ago when I first moved to Bloomington and became a new cat owner, and they’ve always been incredibly responsive and thorough. But on August 1st, I was truly blown away by the care and kindness of everyone there. My eldest cat suddenly became very ill, and after texting the clinic about her symptoms, they quickly consulted the doctor and gave me recommendations. When things took a turn for the worse that same day, they told me to bring her in immediately—at 3:30 on a Friday. They ran tests right away, and Dr. Miller kindly explained that my cat’s abdomen was full of fluid and that there was, sadly, little that could be done. She was honest but compassionate, walking me through everything and comforting my boyfriend and I as we faced the heartbreaking decision to put my cat down. The staff stayed patient and supportive the entire time, even after closing, and never once made us feel rushed. When I later picked up her ashes, they had included a paw print (that I had forgotten to request) and sent a sympathy card signed by the whole team. It meant the world to us. August 1st may have been a normal day for them, but their kindness made an unbearable experience a little easier for two devastated college students. I’m forever grateful and recommend Combs Clinic to anyone and everyone I know.
So so so grateful for Dr. Miller for helping my Chloe, she's been to several vets over the past year who said her issues vomiting were anything from anxiety to allergies, but Dr. Miller was the first one to notice that the issue was her teeth! I can't thank Dr. Miller enough for helping my girl feel more comfortable in her golden years ♡ Obviously veterinary care is expensive, but I think Combs is fairly priced all things considered. All the staff here are so great with Chloe, even though her primary goal at every visit is to bite everyone she possibly can (I can say sorry on her behalf, even though I'm pretty sure she is not sorry at all).
Combs is my go to vet. This past Thursday I took my kitten Bourbon in to get fixed. They did a good job. They texted me when his surgery was over about 11:30am then he was able to come home by 3:00pm. They sent him home with some Anti inflammatory / pain medication for 3 days. He took them pills no problem he just take them right out of my hand. Today is day 3 post surgery and he is doing good. He just hates the cone. 🐈🐈
