Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Went today to get my first puppy shots, was turned around after they claimed my puppy was 5 weeks. Although I have pictures from his breeder well over 5 weeks ago and his weight met requirements. He’s a tiny shih tzu and they were extremely rude towards me assuming I brought in a puppy prematurely for shots. They began to question me and refused service. Never experienced this type of customer service where dog care givers are so unfriendly and impolite.

I am blown away with how efficient this team was in getting my pets the vaccines they needed. Both my cat and dog are nervous around strangers, but they hate the vet visits most of all. Not only is their pricing great but their staff are incredible. The checkin process was easy and the actual appointments were too. Every single person I interacted with there was friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for pet vaccinations in price, quality, and service!
