Thank you to Dr. Wheelock, Megan, Ashley, and the team for making our first visit such a pleasant and seamless experience. Dr. Wheelock was attentive, informative and took his time with us. We never once felt rushed which I really appreciate. It’s clear how passionate he and the team are! Left feeling relieved about some lingering uncertainties and much more confident moving forward, which means a great deal. We'll be back!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. This is hands down the best vet office I have been to. The staff is friendly and amazing with my pets. Dr. Ruch is absolutely amazing, she is so understanding, helpful, caring, and she listens to me and my concerns and also helps pick the best plan for me money wise yet making sure my pets get what they need. The whole office is wonderful I highly recommend this vet office.

Dilworth Animal Hospital has always been so responsive and able to get my dog in asap whenever he has any issues. All the staff and vets are very nice. When my dog was having issues and had to come in 4 times in 1 week, they were always to get him in stat with no wait times and were so sweet to us. Highly recommend!

Best care team ever! Finally found a vet that listens to my elder dogs unique needs and genuinely wants to help. Gave amazing referrals to services and assistance they can’t provide at DAH, all while working with us on what they can provide. Highly recommend DAH, especially after trying several other vets in the area. Dr. Ruch is 10/10!

Dilworth Animal Hospital provided the most incredible and compassionate care yesterday, when it came time for my family to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 14 years. I truly could not have asked for a more peaceful experience. They kindly scheduled us same-day so that he did not have to suffer for longer. We were able to take an appointment late in the day so that my mother could finish her workday and I could make the drive in to say goodbye. We were greeted warmly and compassionately by the entire staff, and - despite it being late in an undoubtedly long day for them - did not once feel rushed. The technicians/assistants working with Bailey spoke to him so kindly and Dr. Theobald helped him pass so very peacefully. The staff member that had treated him so kindly (I unfortunately did not catch her name with everything going on) was waiting respectfully right outside the door, so we never had to leave him in the room alone. When all was said and done, we were able to leave without worrying about settling a bill. Our sweet boy had given my family 14 incredible years with him. After all that time, my parents worried most about letting him go peacefully and with dignity. Dilworth Animal Hospital went above and beyond to make that happen, and I truly cannot thank them enough. We will never forget how they made this otherwise impossible experience flow so seamlessly and compassionately. ❤️‍🩹 🐾
